THE SPOUSE MUST PROVE THEIR INCOME, ETC

POORER MEN ARE REQUIRED TO PROVE THEY DON'T MAKE AN AMOUNT THAT IS ALLEGED EVEN WHEN EVERY THING THEY HAVE SHOWS THEY NEVER MADE IT TO BEGIN WITH.
